Blu Miles Restaurant was created by Imad, a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Originally from Jordan, Imad has built and managed numerous businesses, but Blu Miles stands out as a passion project an opportunity to bring something unique and refreshing to the waterfront community of St. Michaels.

Situated along the beautiful Miles River, the restaurant was thoughtfully designed to offer more than just a great meal. Blu Miles is about creating a space where people can gather, relax, and enjoy locally sourced seafood in a comfortable, vacation-like atmosphere. The name “Blu Miles” is a nod to the river just steps away, setting the tone for the peaceful and scenic experience we aim to provide.
